Peking University Cultural Heritage and Innovation Research Institute (Fuzhou) (hereinafter referred to as the Research Institute) is the first batch of new key high-end think tanks in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. In order to improve the quality and level of research projects of the Institute, improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds, promote fair competition, and ensure the timely and effective extension and transformation of research results, the relevant matters concerning the application of the Institute for 2020 are hereby notified as follows:
1. Project application
1. The unit, team or individual applying for the research subject should have strong political quality, research ability and practical work experience.
2. The person in charge of the research project shall not apply for the project again before the research project undertaken by him has been completed.
3. As a special research project of the Institute, the reporting unit, team or individual is obliged to undertake the writing of consultation reports, think tank special reports and weekly reports related to the project, and to ensure timely and effective provision of decision-making consultations for relevant party and government departments.
4. According to the bidding topics issued by the research institute, the applicant unit, team or individual downloads and faithfully fills in the "Peking University Cultural Heritage and Innovation Research Institute (Fuzhou) Project Application", and proposes research ideas, research content, research methods, and work progress Arrangement, research results transformation goals and transformation methods.
5. The reporting unit, team or individual should prepare a reasonable budget for the research project based on actual needs and in accordance with relevant financial regulations.
2. Application review
The Research Institute is responsible for reviewing the application for research topics, and evaluating the application of the applicant unit, team or individual in terms of the innovation, in-depth, and operability of the research. And select the best candidates for the subject research undertakers.
3. Subject research
1. The Institute provides the necessary research conditions and relevant guidance for the project undertakers.
2. Subject research must be conducted in accordance with academic research standards, cooperate with the work of the research institute project coordinator, report work progress in a timely manner, and submit relevant phased results. No academic misconduct such as plagiarism or plagiarism.
3. The Research Institute allocates research expenses in three phases according to the start-up, mid-term and final phases, and the proportions of the three phases are 30%, 40% and 30% respectively. 4. Project acceptance
1. The subject research unit, team or individual should strictly follow the standard format requirements. Submit the project research results to the Institute in accordance with the content of the results specified in the "Peking University Cultural Heritage and Innovation Research Institute (Fuzhou) Project Entrustment Agreement". The results include at least the following 2 items: a project research report (not less than 200,000 words), and results Two papers (3000 words each) must be submitted, and the research results must be completed by at least one of the following methods: the research results must be reported and adopted by the provincial think tank office, the think tank must be adopted by the department-level unit, and the vice-provincial leader's approval, such as the above three If none is reached, a core journal paper must be submitted, and all project results will be appraised and concluded by the expert review team of the Academy.
2. To publish the results publicly, the researcher/associate researcher/assistant researcher of the Institute must be the first signing unit, and the subject of the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation of Peking University (Fuzhou) must be marked.
3. The Research Institute will give corresponding rewards for achievements in accordance with the regulations on the transformation of research project results.
