About the Institute
The Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation of Peking University (Fuzhou) was established in July 2020. It is a municipal public institution jointly established by Peking University and the People’s Government of Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. About the subject
In order to improve the quality and level of research projects of the Institute, improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds, promote fair competition, and ensure the timely and effective extension and transformation of research results, the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation of Peking University (Fuzhou) is now related to the application of the 2021 research research project The notice is as follows:
1. Project application
1. The unit, team or individual applying for the research subject should have strong political quality, research ability and practical work experience.
2. The person in charge of the research project shall not apply for the project again before the research project undertaken by him has been completed.
3. As a special research project of the Institute, the reporting unit, team or individual is obliged to undertake the writing of consultation reports, think tank special reports and weekly reports related to the project, and to ensure timely and effective provision of decision-making consultations for relevant party and government departments.
4. According to the bidding topics issued by the research institute, the applicant unit, team or individual downloads and faithfully fills in the "Peking University Cultural Heritage and Innovation Research Institute (Fuzhou) Project Application", and proposes research ideas, research content, research methods, and work progress Arrangement, research results transformation goals and transformation methods.
5. The reporting unit, team or individual should prepare a reasonable budget for the research project based on actual needs and in accordance with relevant financial regulations.
6. Applicants should fill in the project application form truthfully and ensure that the research content and results of the project are free from intellectual property disputes.
2. Application review
The Research Institute is responsible for reviewing the application for research projects, evaluating the applications of applicants, teams or individuals from the aspects of innovation, in-depth, and operability of the research, and selecting the best candidates for the research undertakings.
3. Subject research
1. The Institute provides the necessary research conditions and relevant guidance for the project undertakers.
2. Subject research must be conducted in accordance with academic research standards, in accordance with subject management rules, timely reporting of work progress, and submission of relevant phased results. No academic misconduct such as plagiarism or plagiarism.
3. The research institute allocates research expenses in two phases according to the start and end of the project, the proportions are 80% and 20% respectively. Refer to the "Fund Management Measures for the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation (Fuzhou) of Peking University" for specific funding methods.
4. The research period of the research institute is 12 months.
4. Project acceptance
1. The subject research unit, team or individual should strictly follow the standard format requirements. Submit the project research results to the Institute in accordance with the content of the results specified in the "Peking University Cultural Heritage and Innovation Research Institute (Fuzhou) Project Entrustment Agreement". The results include at least the following 2 items: a project research report (not less than 50,000 words), and results Three articles (5000 words each) should be reported. The research results need to be concluded through at least one of the following methods: the research results are adopted by the relevant national ministries, provincial units, municipal units, and municipal leaders’ approval. If none of the above four is reached, a core journal paper must be submitted , All project results will be appraised and concluded by the expert review team of the Academy.
2. To publish the results publicly, the researcher/associate researcher/assistant researcher of the Institute must be the first signing unit, and the subject of the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation of Peking University (Fuzhou) must be marked.
3. The Research Institute will give corresponding rewards for achievements in accordance with the regulations on the transformation of research project results.
5. Funding arrangements
The amount of funding for each project is 80,000 yuan, and 10 projects are planned for this year, which will be determined by the review team based on the application.
