In order to stimulate research vitality, give play to the exemplary and guiding role of the academic publication funding project of the Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries, introduce outstanding results, promote academic innovation, and serve local construction. With the approval of the President's Office of the Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries, the 2021 Chinese Cultural Heritage and Innovation Think Tank is now launched Application for research fund publication projects. Relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Funding principles
The Think Tank Research Fund supports academic works that reflect the essence of Chinese culture and reflect the frontiers of Chinese academics. A masterpiece designed to encourage cultural inheritance and innovation, focusing on the actual problems in national and local economic and social development, conducting targeted investigations and research at the grassroots level, and proposing forward-looking and time-effective countermeasures and suggestions for local government decision-making refer to. This fund supports outstanding research results that have been basically completed and have not yet been published.
2. Application conditions
The work to be published for funding and the applicant must meet the following requirements at the same time:
(1) Works must adhere to the correct political direction, research orientation, and value orientation, and have important theoretical significance and practical value.
(2) The work has a clear theme, correct viewpoints, sufficient argumentation, reasonable structure, rigorous logic, rigorous style of study, detailed materials, refined text, and standardized labeling, which have important academic value.
(3) The manuscript of the work meets the requirements of "Qi, Qing, and D" for publication, and has not been printed before the deadline for application.
(4) The applicant must be a copyright owner, there is no intellectual property dispute in copyright, and shall not plagiarize and plagiarize the research results of others, and ensure that this project does not infringe on the legal rights and interests of others such as trademark rights, reputation rights, and portrait rights.
(5) The applicant really has no source of publication funding or insufficient funding. Publications that have been fully funded by financial funds are not allowed to apply for project funding.
3. Funding methods
(1) The application of the think tank research fund publication grant project follows the principle of "voluntary application, fair competition, expert review, and selection of the best projects". The applied monographs will be uniformly published by the publishing house designated by the Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries after the qualification review, expert review and evaluation, and after the selection is passed. The publishing subsidy is directly allocated to the publishing house by the Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries.
(2) The publications obtained by the project are included in the research series of Chinese cultural heritage and innovation think tank established by the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Innovation of Peking University (Fuzhou).

(2) Review materials, book samples and appendices
(1) The content of the review materials includes the foreword of the manuscript, the table of contents (at least to the second-level title) and the main references, which are combined into PDF format files in order;
(2) The content of the sample chapters includes important core chapters of the manuscript, and should be more than 50 pages. The sample chapters are combined into PDF format files in order;
(3) The appendix includes other materials related to the content of this manuscript, such as awards and appraisal materials at or above the provincial and ministerial level. The appendix is combined into a PDF file. (This document is not required to submit documents)

1. Facing the cultural frontier, adhering to a global perspective, focusing on cultural inheritance and innovation, cultural creativity, Chinese aesthetics, traditional ancient building protection and other basic research frontiers and basic theoretical research in key disciplines, highlighting application-oriented basic research, and strengthening interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary Cross-integration and innovation, publishing projects with important academic achievements.
2. Facing the local economy, focusing on high-quality development, focusing on cultural finance, digital economy, economic transformation, ecological civilization construction, etc., to promote the in-depth integration of scientific and technological innovation and local economic and social development.
3. Facing major national needs, highlighting strategic orientation, focusing on core content production links and taking into account peripheral industrial links, promoting culture, art and digital technology, national soft power and cross-cultural communication, cultural exchanges in the Belt and Road, and cultural industry development in large urban agglomerations.
